Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities

  • Multitask with multiple systems while interacting with customers over the phone.
  • Preventive Maintenance Scheduling -- Determine most efficient service to match the shop requirements with customers.
  • Navigate how to best level load the PM work schedule for service locations.
  • Customer contact setup - Required research based on requests/inquiries from customers, sales dept., district staff, etc.
  • Maintain contact with all customers by using clear email failures and/or fax number failures and obtain/update system with accurate contact information.

Customer Service Administrator Qualifications

  • 3 years of customer service experience (call center, bank, receptionist, dealership esc.).
  • Strong telephone communication and organization skills.
  • Ability and desire to both learn and update trucking industry terminology.
  • Capacity to utilize and learn multiple data systems to provide solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Flexibility with schedule hours depending on servicing locations.
