Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
- Multitask with multiple systems while interacting with customers over the phone.
- Preventive Maintenance Scheduling -- Determine most efficient service to match the shop requirements with customers.
- Navigate how to best level load the PM work schedule for service locations.
- Customer contact setup - Required research based on requests/inquiries from customers, sales dept., district staff, etc.
- Maintain contact with all customers by using clear email failures and/or fax number failures and obtain/update system with accurate contact information.
Customer Service Administrator Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service experience (call center, bank, receptionist, dealership esc.).
- Strong telephone communication and organization skills.
- Ability and desire to both learn and update trucking industry terminology.
- Capacity to utilize and learn multiple data systems to provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Flexibility with schedule hours depending on servicing locations.
