Our client, a leading Bank is seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team.

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI

Must reside in the State on WI, no relocation provided

Pay Range: $100-135K

What’s the Job?

  • Manages policies, procedures, technology-based controls, as well as compliance monitoring and testing.

  • Facilitates both internal and external reviews, audits, and exams.

  • Maintains current copies of banking laws, regulations and interpretations

  • Coordinate compliance training for staff

  • Establish, review and monitor system of internal controls

  • Participate in regulatory development

What’s Needed?

  • Expertise with internal controls assessment, risk assessment, design and development of audit programs, testing, process flowcharting, business process review, balance sheet, and financial accounting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 7-10 years bank operations or compliance/audit experience with at least 5 years of supervisory experience

  • Preferred experience within Commercial Lending

  • Approachable demeanor with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, regulators, and auditors.
