Special Projects Electrician

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an experienced electrician to join our team as a Special Projects Electrician. In this role, you will be responsible for working on small electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and repairs in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical installations and repairs in commercial settings

• Collaborate with project manager and other team members to plan and execute projects

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions

• Conduct maintenance checks on electrical systems and equipment

• Keep up to date on industry codes and regulations

• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards

• Responsible for updating work orders in an electronic work order system

• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company vehicle

• Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements

  Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience with various electrical systems and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills

• Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Must pass a drug screen and complete a satisfactory background check
