Required qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number 1 year of experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility.
