Description Occupational Therapist - Home Health, Providence St. Mary Medical Center, Walla Walla, WA The Occupational Therapist in the Home Health Program sets up appropriate plans of care under the direction of the physician for the patient. The Occupational Therapist will instruct and support other home health team members in carrying out home programs, including education of patients and caregivers, home health aides, and others who may be working with the patient. Shift Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, 8 hours daily, Day Shift Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
