Must have vent exp and EPIC experience Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6 Must have the following requirements: BLS, ACLS required- must be able to read and interpret strips Must have Vent experience Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed. 1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred Unit Details: Working with Tele/drips/vents Patient population primarily consists of COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, Flu, Sepsis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Post Covid. With the support of Respiratory Therapist, we care for trach, vents, bipaps and high-oxygen requirements. We see insulin drips for both our DKA and DKA population as well as heparin Cardizem and sporadic other drips. Trach/vents on unit no orally intubated patients.
