We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the effective operation of our facilities, equipment, and machinery. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage resources efficiently to meet operational goals.

salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year

Develop and implement maintenance procedures, policies, and schedules to ensure optimal performance of facilities, equipment, and machinery. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and machinery to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement. Manage maintenance budgets, expenses, and resources effectively, seeking cost-saving opportunities and optimizing maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments, such as production, engineering, and procurement, to coordinate maintenance activities and support operational requirements. Must have Mechnical, Electrical,Hydraulic,Pnuematic,Technical,Leadership,Troubleshooting,Preventative Maintenance,Teamwork,Safety Awareness,Communication,Problem Solving,Computer CMMC,Attention to Detail,Time Management skills.

Must be able to work 6 days a week and have a flexible schedule. Relocation assistance is considered for the right candidate.
