Supply Chain Analyst Req ID:6929

This position is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and implementing the flow of material from external suppliers and internal production to ensure the on-time delivery of our products to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree infield such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business (work experience considered)
• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understand BOMs, engineering drawings, parts lists, and factory flow.
• Skills in MS Office, databases, Sharepoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Create scheduling and demand within SAP for assigned projects
• Create Material Masters, Bills of Material, and Routings in SAP for assigned projects
• Providesupport for parts and logistics to production floor
• Define, prioritize, and implement flow of internal and external production processes through creation and issuance of shop travelers
• Control factory implementation and cut-in of engineering and process changes
• Prioritization of workflow in coordination with production floor and Project Management
• Prepare and maintain Standard Procedures manuals for production control and material management
• Work cross functionally with procurement, production, and engineering to solve daily issues
• Create and maintain line of balances to align demand supply and allocations
• Interfaces with suppliers and customers to ship material and finished goods
• Ensures that products, inventory, and/or parts move from one place to another efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Manage the inventory and stock control system
• Monitor stock levels and identify potential supply problems
• Overseeing daily deliveries and keeping a record of shipments and suppliers.
• Other Duties as assigned
