Labcorp Facilities Supervisor in Suzhou, China

Position Summary:

Leading facility hard service, soft service, and security activities in good practices for Suozhou Kits production site.

Mantin the site’s facilities, utilities structure in good condition, provide a satisfactory environmental atmosphere to employees in compliance with regulations.

Lead facility team meet internal and external customer requirements and company policies.

Job Duties:

Team Leader

  • Supervision and management of overall site facility and security operations. Develops department capability and resources to meet both present and future staffing needs. Supervise work schedule and assignments.

Hard Service Delivery

  • Manage all critical facilities such as electrical power system, HVAC system, fire protection system, security system…etc. Establish and implement maintenance plan, ensure all technical equipment in good condition. Supervise preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance program for maintenance staff and outsourced resource.

Soft Service Delivery

  • Supervise and manage soft servicer, developing and maintain soft service standard and KPIs.

  • Monitor the work environment to assure the working conditions are remain safe and clean.

Audit and Compliance

  • Participate in site internal and external audits, leads the investigation of facility related issues and findings, assure corrective action complete in time.

  • Ensure facility activities compliance with codes, SOPs, and policies.

  • Assure all facilities documents well maintained compliance with GDP requirements.

Budget/Material Management

  • Monitoring of budgets and operation costs.

  • Define strategy for material management based on risk analysis to ensure purchase request processing, and availability of critical spare-parts.

Project Management and Others

  • Manage small capital projects of facility.

Education and Experience:

Minimum:

  • 5 years facilities service industry experience, at least 3 years team management experience.

  • English - intermediate level in speaking/reading/writing

  • Knowledge of MS Offices tools.

  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Experienced with building facilities (infrastructure and processes).

  • Non-working hours/weekend work as required. On-call responsibility as support and as responsible

Preferred:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HAVC or Electrical Engineering

  • 10 years facilities service industry experience, 5 years team management experience.
