Internal Audit - Leadership Development & No travel!

Our client a highly successful and financially stable Commercial bank is adding to their Internal Audit team. This role works with the Director assisting with the building out of the current audit structure and will lead and execute testing of the design and operating effectiveness of controls and compliance. The position is also part of the firm's Leadership Development program, and after two years will be eligible for a promotion into a high profile position in finance, credit risk, accounting, or can stay in audit. The firm's leadership is excellent: all out of top fortune firms. The environment is friendly and professional, and their hours are a true 9:00 to 5:00 hours. Requirements

Requirements:

Two plus years of financial audit experience, and the BS with top grades are necessary. Public audit experience and the CPA are both pluses.
