Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience

• S1 or S2 required.

• Enthusiasm about sharing your HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program.

• Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility.

• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability.

• Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting.

• Support and communicate progress with students.

• Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!

• Great communication skills

• Proficient with technology

• Teaching experience a plus

• High school diploma/GED
