Abbott Business Analysis Manager in Shanghai, China
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather up-to-date market/business/competitor intelligence and information – from internal (within team, cross-team) to external sources (e.g. data / market intelligence vendors) - to support business & strategic decision-making, ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication materials
Through collected data and in-depth analysis, generate unbiased insights on competitor insights, new technologies, industry trends and market intelligence to support strategic planning
Support to the formulation and communication of actionable strategy initiatives, developing and implementing effective strategic communication plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Assist in crafting clear and compelling messaging to effectively communicate complex business concepts to diverse audiences
Prepare high-quality, engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing key insights, strategic initiatives, and progress updates
Market intelligence vendor management (subscription) in regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic consulting (healthcare) or strategic planning, business development roles within the medtech / pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
Proficiency in both written and oral English
Veteran in slide building and excel modeling
