Seattle Children’s Hospital People Operations Generalist in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: Coordinate and perform highly confidential administrative tasks to support HR Consulting services, including the preparation of a wide variety of correspondence, data reports and project logistics. Provide high-level engagement and interaction with employees and managers throughout Children's and with external parties. Act as a resource for problem-solving and collaboration with other departments to resolve issues, share information and enhance HR Consulting team effectiveness. Job Posting Addendum: Coordinate and perform highly confidential administrative tasks to support People Operations - Non-Employees or Contingent Workers work, including the preparation of a wide variety of correspondence, data reports, and project logistics. Provide high-level engagement and interaction with employees and managers throughout Children's and with external parties. Act as a resource for problem-solving and collaboration with other departments to resolve issues, share information, and provide solutions across multiple platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Workday, and ServiceNow required. This is a limited term assignment with an expected duration of at least 6 months. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area. Minimum of three years current experience in Human Resources, or other similar Customer Service experience. Required Credentials: N/A. Preferred: Current (S)PHR or equivalent. Experience in employee relations. Knowledge of WA state employment law. Familiar with employer immigration. Familiar with collective bargaining agreements and working in a union environment. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $33.41 - $50.11 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $69,483.00 - $104,225.00 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
