Bryce Corporation Account Representative in Searcy, Arkansas

Summary: Manage targeted customer accounts and exercise significant discretion and independent judgement to make tactical and strategic decisions regarding those accounts. This includes customer demand management, order management, finished goods inventory control, expediting shipments, and all communications between customers and various internal personnel.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build relationships with key customer accountrs and partner with Account Executives in meeting total customer satisfaction

  • Maintain the uninterrupted supply of flexible packaging material to all assigned customers by managing items/orders from inception to final product being received by customer's manufacturing facilities

  • Load inventory, usage, and forecast. Monitor and correct data queue errors

  • Evaluate incoming forecast, inventory, and usage files for accuracy. Make adjustments where required

  • Serve as liaison between customers and all departments within the company

  • Assist with capacity, material, logistics, and manufacturing issues

  • Responsibilites in item/order change management and communication to appropriate personnel

  • Assists Research and Development in trial requests and Quality Control (QC) on quality issues for the benefit of the company and customer

  • Issues debit and credit memos as required

  • Work with other departments to continually evaluate policies and test new procedures and locate opportunities to streamline processes that will improve manufacturing efficiencies and customer satisfaction

  • Some travel may be required

  • Other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required. BA/BS strongly preferred

  • A combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and demand planning experience or equivalent packaging industry experience

  • Understanding of Material Requirement (MRP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) and a background in manufacturing processes required

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills

  • Ability to synthesize and filter inputs from multiple sources to key on the most important influences impacting future demand

  • Ability to analytically and independently solve problems

  • Ability to work under pressure in adverse conditions and maintain a high level of professionalism

  • Ability to professionally interact with customers in face-to-face meetings

  • Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude

  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP knowledge preferred
