RN- Registered Nurse-ALL SHIFTS
Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) is the premier provider of integrated treatment for co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns, offering residential and outpatient services nationwide. Located in the serene forest foothills of northern Georgia, Black Bear Lodge is a 115- bed place of solace and healing for those individuals suffering from addiction and mental health issues. Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Completes medical screening for new patients upon admission, according to level of care procedures
Monitors medication process, completes medication distribution and supervising the self-administration process
Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR)
Provides patient education (group and individual) regarding medications/effects
Education and Experience
Unencumbered Georgia RN License
1 year experience working in psychology/psychiatry or related field preferred
