The Systems Analyst will support the onboarding and training of Navy ERP users. The Systems Analyst will assign user roles, ensure training and certification is completed and support the delivery of training to students so that they can navigate the system. The Systems Analyst will develop communications and training materials and support the administration of training to include registering students. The ideal candidate will have a financial management background or similar functional experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience

• Bachelors degree in technology management or similar field

• Well organized and ability to track the status of multiple users across multiple geographical regions

• Navy ERP background or similar SAP based program

• Experience with functional financial management processes

• Ability to work independently

• Strong communications skills

• Good customer management skills with focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to obtain a secret clearance
