Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Revenue Cycle Manager with 5-8 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, preferably with previous involvement in non-profit organizations. This senior-level role comes with significant responsibilities and requires a seasoned professional capable of evaluating and optimizing existing systems, enhancing billing efficiency, and reducing write-offs.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize existing systems to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in billing processes.

  • Enhance billing efficiency and reduce write-offs by implementing effective strategies and workflows.

  • Provide guidance and support in coding practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maximize reimbursements.

  • Lead analytical projects to drive informed decisions and improve financial performance.

  • Develop and execute data-centric initiatives aimed at improving revenue cycle management and financial outcomes.

  • Ensure accurate billing and minimize financial losses by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Medicaid billing procedures and other reimbursement mechanisms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline processes related to healthcare finance.

  • Utilize proficiency in data analytics to extract actionable insights from financial and operational data.

  • Demonstrate strong finance acumen to analyze financial statements, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare finance and analytics.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 5-8 years of extensive experience in healthcare finance, with specialization in Medicaid billing procedures.

  • Previous involvement with non-profit organizations is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques is essential.

  • Strong finance acumen with a demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading analytical projects and driving process improvements.

  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare and finance domains, including regulatory requirements and reimbursement mechanisms.
