YOUR ROLE

  • Support the Director of Risk Management by handling all insured and self-insured claims and participate to projects including insurance renewals.

  • Responsible for all aspects of the Department’s Risk Management Information System (RMIS).

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, including but not limited to, Workers’ Compensation, Automobile Liability, Property Damage and Product Liability, in conjunction with business partners, insurance adjusters, brokers, as well as inside and outside counsel.

  • Responsible for managing all certificates of insurance (COI).

  • Support the Director of Risk Management (Insurance programs, Relationship with Brokers and Insurers, Contract reviews, Captive, Due Diligence, RMIS project, etc.

  • Be an active member of one of Henkel NA Legal Dept. committees.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University, preferably in Business, Finance, or Risk Management. Paralegal Certificate is a plus.

  • Completion of ARM, CRM, CPCU or similar designations preferred.

  • High proficiency with Windows based software, including Excel, and database systems.

  • Minimum 5 years work experience including but not limited to, Risk Management or Claims handling or Paralegal work.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $106,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
