YOUR ROLE

• Directly interact and communicate with external customers to value sell Henkel’s adhesives.

• Supports R&D projects critical to business as well as road mapping of technology/business development.

• Generates test plans and/or experiments.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on projects/technologies for external customer, internal teams and management.

• Travel with sales representatives to develop first-hand understanding of customer needs and application details.

• Develop and maintain a Henkel Product specialty and serve as a technical expert in this specialty when working with staff individually and/or on team efforts.

YOUR SKILLS

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Color Science.

• 6 to 10 years of demonstrated related experience, preferably in an adhesive or color environment.

• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.

• Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative.

• Demonstrated project management and laboratory skills.

• Presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders/customers.

• Potential for up to 30% overnight travel per year.

The salary for this role is $92,000.00- $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
