We are seeking a payroll administrator to process payroll for 300-400 employees. You will need to have ADP experience as well as Workforce Now. Responsibilities

• Position will process payroll for 3 dealerships and 1 parts center.

• Prepare, review, and reconcile the dealership's weekly payrolls.

• Process withholdings, deductions, wage garnishments, or other special payroll

actions and changes affecting net wages.

• Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved.

• Maintain current knowledge of city, state, and federal laws concerning payroll.

• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and deadlines.

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding process for team members in ADP.

• Maintain team member files to include I-9s.

• Maintain & handle leaves of absence, coordinate with onsite leadership and

following local and federal laws.

• Responsible for gathering all information regarding Worker Compensation injuries

and report to accordingly by submitting all necessary information to insurance

provider.
