JOB REQUIREMENTS: Express Employment has a partnered with a local company that is seeking a Retail Manager that will work in a retail establishment selling clothing, accessories and shoes. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory levels. Responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience by greeting, interacting, and offering information about products. Oversee inventory levels, ensure adequate stock of merchandise and displaying fashion items. Ensure that the store layout and product presentation meet company standards. Schedule and train employees. Maintaining a clean and organized area. Qualifications include: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry. Teamwork and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of fashion and high end clothing is preferred.
