Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community currently has some exciting openings for Registered Nurses (RNs). Qualified Registered Nurse (RN) candidates will be self-motivated, able to work independently and cohesively with a team and demonstrate compassionate care.  

Sign-On Bonus: $5000 for Full-Time / $2500 for Part-time (3+ days / week)

Rates start at $27.00 per/hour and vary based on prior experience and differential according to shift selected.

Current Opportunities: 

**All positions include every other weekend, unless specifically indicated:

1st Shift - 6:30am - 3:00pm

Full-time and Part-time available

2nd Shift - 2:45pm - 11:15pm

Full-time and Part-time available

3rd Shift - 11:00pm -7:30am

Part-Time available

PRN/Pool available on all 3 shifts

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Participate in change of shift report. 

• Obtain necessary information from CNA's and properly document and communicate all information.

• Direct & supervise Certified Nursing Assistants.

• Precisely administer and document medications, treatments, and conditions of residents. 

• Re-positions and/or transfers, as well as transports residents. This includes using available mechanical aids and additional staff according to established QPRC policy and practice.

• Continually assess resident's health status; reports and documents changes appropriately.

  Position Requirements include:

• Long Term Care Experience a plus

• Current Valid Pennsylvania RN license 

• Degree from a State Approved Nursing School

• Current CPR Certification (will train)
