Infosys is seeking a Test Lead with experience in Automation and Java

In the role of Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle: you will develop, design and deploy test scripts and cases of complex modules, help set up the test environment and contribute to the requirements documentation and test design for different types of testing. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
4 years of Information Technology Experience
Location for this position is Princeton, NJ. U.S citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
4 years hands on experience in test automation tools Selenium, Java, Cucumber & SQL
Hands on experience in Java Programming, SQL and UI test automation.
Experience in designing and building test automation framework
At least 5 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing
Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes

Preferred

4 years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting
4 years of experience in using any programming language like Java
Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts
Good Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination.
Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals
Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
