ManpowerGroup Maintenance Manager in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Our client, a growing high-speed manufacturing company in Bristol, Wisconsin is looking to hire an experience Maintenance Manager.

Maintenance Manager

$120-130K salary range

Annual bonus program

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage all resources to meet production goals within budgeted costs.

• Supervise inventory to uphold cost-effective equipment uptime.

• Identify necessary spare parts and establish optimal inventory levels.

• Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as the primary point of contact.

• Provide detailed budget attainment reports and analyze contributing factors.

• Identify cost drivers within the budget and implement strategies for cost reduction.

• Develop Capital Projects aligned with company objectives to ensure plant operations reliability.

• Oversee both Capital and Non-Capital projects to ensure objectives are met within budget and on schedule.

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental alignment with plant goals.

• Develop and maintain accurate reporting mechanisms for presentation to the management team.

• Implement effective corrective actions for all downtime and waste incidents.

• Enhance Preventive Maintenance processes within the PM software.

• Evaluate equipment effectiveness within the PM program.

Organization:

• Build and lead a team, including Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians, to achieve plant objectives.

• Provide effective leadership, performance management, and skills development for all department personnel.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, including food processing regulations and safety protocols.

• Set and uphold clear expectations for department personnel.

• Maintain all necessary documentation for departmental and plant compliance.

• Oversee all safety activities for the department, including training, program development, machine-specific Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and equipment evaluations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance, with demonstrated people management skills.

• Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred.

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting preferred.

• Knowledge of safety procedures for various equipment and machinery.
