YinzCam, Inc. seeks a Digital Platform Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA (this is an in-person, onsite position, working out of our Pittsburgh, PA, office on a daily basis) to be responsible for communication aspects of digital project management. Specific duties include: (i) onboarding new clients into our ecosystem, including account setup, CMS training and overview of new app launch process; (ii) determining client needs and requirements to best align YinzCam platform and features to their overall business needs domestically and internationally; (iii) assisting clients with day to day needs including game day/event support outside of normal business hours; (iv) acting as primary liaison between various stakeholders, internal and external (e.g., developers, project management, vendors, third party providers), regarding mobile apps; (v) assisting CEO in global business development, including prospecting, market analysis, and discovering new business opportunities and/or markets; and (vi) generating new product ideas that revolutionize the fan experience for sports organizations in the United State and overseas.

Must have a master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a directly related field.

Must have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) communicating in a Sports Business setting with sports clients from around the world; (ii) working in a Content Management System (CMS); (iii) working in a cross-functional manner across engineering, design, and project management; (iv) studying and analyzing market conditions to find opportunities for business growth; (v) onboarding new clients and/or stakeholders into an organization's system/platform including new account setup and internal processes; (vi) building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and/or stakeholders; (vii) researching and prospecting potential clients in multiple countries; and (viii) working in the sports industry and with various sports' rules and statistics.

Must be able to be on-call on evenings and weekends (i.e., when sporting and live events often take place) in case of urgent situations.
