We are looking for:

Plant Process Engineer -Novecare Pasadena, TX

• A productive, highly organized candidate interested in process engineering

• Someone who will work well different departments and a variety of individuals

We count on you for:

• Maintain and improve process safety

• Support product quality

• Provide technical support to the operations and maintenance departments

• Drive continuous improvement of the process and plant systems

• Develop, support, and implement capital projects

• Industrialize new products and product transfers from other Syensqo sites

You will bring:

• A BS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline

• Minimum of 3 years plant experience in an engineering role

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong interest in chemical manufacturing and process engineering

• Preferred Delta-V Batch Experience

• Strong organizational skills and high productivity

• Competitive salary and benefits package.

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560 to $100,700 per year Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
