Sourcing Assistant (Recruiting)

System One is currently seeking a Sourcing Assistant (Recruiting) for a full-time position.

Sourcing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Partners with Recruiters and Account Managers to go over hiring needs, position specifications, and search/skill set requirements.

• Extensive sourcing through resumes to find candidates, which fit all requirements of the open requisition by using job boards, social media, etc.

• Creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings.

• Pre-screening candidates for recruiters to review salary requirements, job details, etc.

Sourcing Assistant Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be self-motivated

• Must be good with internet search

• Must not be afraid of the phones

• Experience using MS Office preferred

• Computer skills a MUST

Duration: Full-Time position
