JOB SUMMARY * Provides administrative support to the Care Management Department by organizing and facilitating daily work flow. Coordinates transmission of information to third party payors. Assists with facilitation of post hospital placements. Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers *Education: *High school diploma or equivalent. *Experience:One year of secretarial experience required, preferably in healthcare field. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information. Basic computer skills (including opening/reading email, basic internet use). PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING Work is performed in accordance with instructions and procedures, but incumbents must organize the work and set priorities.
