As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our hot tub designs.

This includes performing detailed documentation to track project development and design processes specifically tailored to hot tub manufacturing.

Your responsibility extends to ensuring project timelines are met, projects stay within budget, and optimizing hot tub production processes. Leading, managing, and providing direction to the R&D Department, you will drive innovation in hot tub technology. Your role involves planning, conceptualizing, and creating mechanical designs that are specifically tailored for new and improved hot tub products.

Your expertise will be instrumental in developing testing processes and conducting thorough testing and validation of new hot tub designs. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating working prototypes for beta testing and captivating customer demonstrations.

Performing engineering calculations to support the design and optimization of hot tub systems will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. This role also involves creating and reviewing technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software tailored for hot tub manufacturing. Collaboration is essential, as you work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and closely engage with vendors and contractors in the hot tub industry.

Ensuring that our hot tub products not only meet but exceed compliance regulations, safety standards, and customer expectations will be under your careful oversight.

To thrive in this role, you should possess

  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field,
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the hot tub manufacturing or a related industry
  • Proficiency in using CAD software, exceptional technical and problem-solving skills, along with strong reasoning ability, will be key to your success
  • Effective and clear communication skills, self-motivation, a collaborative mindset, and strong leadership and management capabilities within the context of hot tub manufacturing are highly valued.
