Position: Program Manager - CHOICES

Division: CHOICES Mental Health Housing Services

Program: Treatment Apartment Program

General Overview: Supervision and management of psychiatric rehabilitation, community service linkage, and well being of all Apartment Program residents. Supervision and management of the collection of resident fees and Medicaid billing of fees for service. Direct Supervision of Apartment Program staff.

Qualifications: BA or BS in Human Services or related field preferred. Position requires clean, valid NYS Driver’s License.

Hours: Full Time (40 hours)

Salary Range: $42,764 - $59,529 annually

Grade Level: 5
