Overview: Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides/Personal Care Aides in Sullivan County.

The Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional

• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature

• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques

• Assist with tube feeding and other specialized medical procedures

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient

Skills necessary to perform job; Compassionate, Good verbal and written communication skills, Patience, Supportive, and Team Player.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Valid Drivers License Physical Exam Reference Check Must be a Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide

Shift, Salary, and Benefits; This is a full-time position, Monday - Sunday, First, Second, and Third Shifts. $17.55 to $20 hour. Benefits include; Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and 401K/Retirement.
