Please be aware, the Call Center will initially be located in Abbeville, LA but may move to Lafayette, LA in the near future.

Must have current certification in Clinical Medical Assisting

• Conducts patient calls based on the specific processes for each assigned area
• Adhere to Call Center scripts for the calls made and ensure the proper opening and closing to the conversation
• Maintain or exceed productivity requirements while completing assigned duties
• Thoroughly document conversations in a timely and accurate manner, including points of concern and any information provided to assist the patient
• Maintain composure during stressful situations and handle these situations
• Assists callers with general contacts including, but not limited to, appointment scheduling, general facility and provider information, general requests, medical records requests and issue resolution
