IEWC Human Resources Generalist in NEW BERLIN, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for leading and supporting core talent processes to include performance management, strategic talent reviews, compensation planning, talent acquisition & onboarding new hires. As an HR Generalist, you will partner with internal customers on employee relations, coaching leaders on performance, & various talent development initiatives. Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field. 1-3 years of progressively responsible related HR experience supporting core talent processes such as performance management, strategic talent reviews, etc. PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Proficient experience working with an HRIS.
