Overview: Sullivan County is seeking a Electrician.

The Electrician position involves responsibility for performing tasks as a journeyman electrician, including performance of skilled and difficult electrical operations and supervising or performing other building maintenance activities. General instructions are received regarding what tasks to perform permitting considerable leeway for planning the details of each job. Immediate supervision is exercised over the work of other building maintenance personnel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years of experience as a journeyman electrician in building maintenance activities.

Requirements: Licensure as a Master Electrician by the Sullivan County Board of Electrical Examiners

Salary and Benefits: Salary is $32.22 per hour. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and retirement.
