The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the toll plaza and equipment related to the toll collection system; TCS. Routine cleaning including, but not limited to, sweeping and mopping, dusting, cleaning of the restrooms, and cleaning of the windows and window shades must be performed properly and as needed. The grounds should be kept free of debris and well-groomed in order to maintain an attractive appearance. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor is to arrive on time to work and perform the duties assigned by the manager of the location. The Maintenance Supervisor will maintain proficiency in the proper collection of tolls and in accurately accounting for any monies collected therefrom and will fill in for toll attendants as necessary. The maintenance person is to be courteous to customers he/she encounters and assist them as able. The Maintenance Supervisor will preserve a strong working knowledge of TCS sales, reporting and accounting to be able to assist customers with any aspect of their accounts as well as assist Management when and as needed. When Management is not on site the Maintenance Supervisor should ensure operations continue to run smoothly and will be added to the call list in case of emergencies.
