Philips Omnichannel Retail Manager, Personal Health (Hybrid, Mississauga) in Mississauga, Ontario

In this role you will bring to life plans that will give consumers a compelling reason to choose our brand and buy our products. You will be working very closely with cross-function teams, including but not exclusively, Sales team, activation, media, owned properties, consumer and shopper insights team and our global Marketing and Sales center of Excellence.

Your role:

  • Develop national and retailer specific strategies for online & in-store Omnichannel retailer programs.

  • Being a champion to identify opportunities to grow the business and build tailored partnerships with our key retailers (Priority focus on Amazon, Walmart & Costco; support shopper initiatives at all other accounts.

  • Team up with the Business Units, Retailer teams, Marketing Communications and Media teams to Ideate, create, plan and execute with excellence the omnichannel plans.

  • Ensure deep knowledge of our retailers and their Go To Market strategy, so all timelines, specifications and requirements can be considered, achieved and implemented while developing the full year plan.

  • Responsible to analyze programs/plans efficiency and effectiveness, ROI analytics, consumer/shopper engagement and provide recommendations for future programs optimizations and focus.

  • Close collaboration with the Consumer & Shopper Insights team to ensure those insights are translated into programs that resonate with consumers/shoppers during their buying journey.

  • Leads project management for all activities related to Omnichannel and ensures excellence in execution.

You're the right fit if:

  • A Bachelor degree (business, marketing, or similar).

  • At least 5 years’ experience in e-commerce, with, at least 1 yr. as leading online/multi-channel/vertical retailer. Amazon mandatory

  • At least 2 yr. of strong experience on shopper/omnichannel functions. Amazon mandatory.

  • Demonstrates good understanding of media full funnel activation and impact of different phases into overall brand perception and, ultimately, conversion.

  • Has knowledge and understanding of the Canadian retail environment and understands what drives/triggers conversion at point of sale. (digital & in store)

The pay range for this position is $77,000 to $121,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. ​

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions aredependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
