Description:

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent along with the following qualifications: • A proven track record of completing a minimum of several ground up, turnkey, large commercial projects. • Possess the ability to direct & coordinate work on projects with subcontractors, building inspectors, and employees. • Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and schedule. • Auto dealership experience is a plus. • Strong leadership, communications, and being computer literate is a must.
