Part-Time Firefighter / EMT

The City of Medina Fire Department is currently accepting applications for the position of part-time firefighter / EMT and will be conducting a written knowledge examination on June 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Fire Station #1, 300 W. Reagan Pkwy in Medina.

Minimum Requirements

Resident of Medina County

At least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Ohio Driver's License with a good driving record

State of Ohio Level II FF & EMT or currently enrolled in programs

Offers of employment will require the successful completion of Background Check, Drug Screen, Medical Physical and Medina Fire Dept. Physical Agility Testing.

Starting Pay $19.73/ $22.85 per hour after probation (probation is 12 months)
