What You Will Do :
Responsible for acheivement of firm’s goals; consistently models, defends, mentors and champions firm’s RIISE values in an inspirational manner; relentless focused on client's needs; supports people and delivers value firm expects;
Mentor, develop, train, inspire and coach all levels of staff, developing current and future account and capability management and leadership within the practice
Ultimate responsibility for being instrumental in selling to the account at the expectations of the firm and overseeing all deliverables performed by the team in compliance with contractual, legal and firm requirements; final approver and responsible for firm's ability to deliver on contracted projects
Reconciles highly complex challenges, communicates with practice, segment and C-Suite leadership on relevant matters; challenges teams to optimize immediate-term and long-term solutions.
Models courage, resolve, fortitude and makes sound decisions in the face of the most significant challenges our business and people encounter; drives transformational change
Inspirational visionary; voice of reason and practicality; deft negotiator and mediator
Recognized leader at firm in matters of client, content and governance, sought after for advice and consent on pressing matters related to the client, industry and firm

What You Will Need :

17+ Years Experience in public sector consulting, preferably in financial services
Deep knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
Proficiency in Project Management practices
Experience supporting long-term, large-scale contracts, including capture management, pricing, ongoing compliance, project management,
Demonstrated capabilities in process optimization and change management
Solid understanding of engagement economics and budgeting
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University or College
Able to travel as needed by the client/firm
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Very large firm professional services experience
Experience operating project >$50M per year
Experience winning deals >$200M TCV
Large-scale system implementation experience
Large-scale managed services operations
Commerical Banking, Capital Markets & Securitization and Quasi-government (e.g. Federal Reserve Bank, Freddie, Fannie, FHLBs).
Prior experience as partner at professional services or consulting firm
The annual salary range for this position is $209,600.00-$524,100.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
