What will you be doing?

• Promote excellent customer-oriented services

• Develop trouble shooting skills

• Responsible for monitoring command center by receiving incoming calls and maintaining logs

• Notify appropriate personnel to respond to observed activities

• Prepare written detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner
