Job Duties Responding to help desk tickets and phone calls from end-users Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical assistance to end-users Escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed Documenting issues and solutions in the help desk ticketing system Maintaining a high level of customer service Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Work Environment: Office working environment Physical Requirements Sitting frequently Carrying/lifting 10-40 pounds rarely Standing / walking/ climbing Experience & Qualifications 3 years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance preferred. 2 years experience on current networking operating systems preferred. Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience. A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality is required. Educational Requirement: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
