What you will do:

As our Compliance Payment Processing Analyst or Payment Auditing Analyst , you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Healthcare professional (HCP) payments within our organization. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing payment records, identifying discrepancies, and providing suggestions on measures to mitigate risks. As an example, you will review and reconcile payment transactions as well as analyze appropriate documentation to ensure Stryker's guidance and contractual obligations are met. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple internal business units to train, develop and implement payment processes efficiencies.

This is a hybrid role and we define hybrid as the ability to come into the office for meetings and/or trainings as needed.

  • Auditing and processing of assigned Inventor-Consultant and Milestone payments.

  • Subject matter expert on current HCPi guidance as it relates to HCP payments.

  • Monitoring services (in real time) and follow-up for IC notes.

  • Follow-up with the consultants on billing and any necessary adjustments.

  • Partner with the business on service reconciliation, and amendments to ensure timely support and processing.

  • Partner with HRP and AP on issues related to HCP payments.

  • Partner closely with the executive assistant and royalty team on sending out quarterly IC Royalty letters.

  • Train and assist with consultant activity planning system (CAPS), including service entry, billing, and troubleshooting in the system.

  • Manage and follow-up as needed on Service closeout.

  • Partner on the Evaluation Panel, managing all panel member billing and expenses.

  • Flexibility with managing multiple Ad hoc requests.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

  • Experience with risk assessments or auditing is strongly preferred.

  • A strong understanding of quality auditing management and experience navigating complex procedures and policies is preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. ​

  • Demonstrated excellence in time management, coupled with the capacity to make independent judgments.

  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges with no clear-cut answers.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in conveying intricate issues in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proficient record-keeping skills, ensuring accuracy and precision.
