JOB REQUIREMENTS: Environmental Services Supervisor - 1st shift - 31325 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, FTE 1.0 1st shift position. We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to: * Help make an impact on patient care by leading our remarkable Environmental Services team as they play a critical role in preventing infection. * Plan, direct and assign the work to be completed by the environmental services technicians, seniors and environmental services floor care technicians. * Document completion of work through daily productivity reports. * Complete inspections, rounding, documentation and regular meetings with other departments to ensure quality of work. Preferred - Bachelor\'s Degree. Work Experience : Minimum - Two (2) years previous supervisory or lead role experience in a large organization. Preferred - Five (5) years previous supervisory experience at an acute health care facility. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - Hazardous waste awareness certificate - must obtain within first year of hire.
