Flexible schedule options between 8am and 7pm, with an expectation of a couple evenings (until 7pm)/week. You may be eligible for up to a \$3000 sign-on bonus. This is a hybrid position. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to: * Provide mental health and substance use evidence-based treatment to adolescents ages 12-21, including caregivers, with the ability to make dual-diagnoses. * Perform assessments, treatment planning, ongoing individual and family therapy, case management, and complete related documentation. * Work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team of providers. * Provide a hybrid of telehealth (work from home) and in clinic care. The position will work about 75% in person and 25% remote.
