This is a job for a Deputy Mission INT Lead SBX-PACCOM position with the company located in Madison, MS area.

Job Summary: The SBX-MI program performs Operations & Sustainment (O&S) onboard an advanced radar system mounted on a modified oil-drilling vessel designed for exceptional stability in high winds and storms within the PACOM AOR that supports the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). In performance of this mission, V2X Sensors & Advanced Solutions division is seeking a Deputy Senior Mission Integration Lead (MIL) that coordinates with SBX payloads to support the BMDS mission execution during both test and real-world contingency operations onboard the SBX-1 platform within the PCAOM AOR.

Responsibilities: Responsible for overseas mission planning, vessel movements, shipyard planning, Mission Integration crew rotation scheduling, material movements, and test event coordination. Cognizant of payload maintenance and, if necessary, de-conflicts maintenance that affects SBX readiness. Responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with Combatant Commanders (COCOM), Commander Pacific Fleet (CPF), and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to integrate, facilitate, and de-conflict daily operations on SBX. Responsible for coordination of flight test event planning, vessel positioning, and preparing SBX for all at sea/ashore operations. Oversees the execution of the test events, and the management of the personnel and equipment. Remains available always for coordination with payload leads and with the customer. Leading the 0700 and 1600 daily department head meeting to review accomplishments and conduct planning and de-confliction for the next day's events. Responsible for the overall asset management and operational tasking for SBX, Submission of the Daily Site Manager (DSMR) report to all Agencies/payloads to list the daily accomplishment of work on SBX. Supervises and manages personnel under the Mission Integration contact to include two Mission Directors, four NMC technicians, an Information Security Officer (ISSO), a FSO, and a Logistics/Configuration Management Tech. Supports NORTHCOM, PACOM and STRATCOM in detailed mission planning for theater wide BMD and Integrated Air and Missile Defense operations in the PACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Must not be hindered by motion sickness and must pass/maintain Maritime Medical Exam IAW CENTCOM Mod 15 requirements. Must be able to balance, bend, lift to 35 pounds, crouch, stretch, and kneel. Must be able to climb up to 10 flights of stairs regularly. Cannot be afraid of confined spaces. Cannot be afraid of heights.

Qualifications: 10 years of experience working in an Operational Environment supporting military missions. Active SECRET clearance. Experience deconflicting schedules in a complex operating environment and many different organizations. Excellent written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. Leadership and mentoring experience with proven results. Experience working in a maritime environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired. Experience performing in a deployed remote work environment for extended periods of time.
