We are looking for Sophomore and Junior college students to join GE Appliances, a Haier Company (GEA). The GE Appliances Sales Operations intern position will be an integral part of the Contract sales team by generating reports, running sales data queries, creating brochures and presentations, managing content on Salesforce.com and assisting with special projects. This position has the capability for a remote, year-long internship opportunity working part time during the school semester and full-time during the Summer.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

· Generate weekly reports for the Contract Sales Team including status of orders.

· Assist with pulling customer sales data and analyzing results using pivot tables and calculations.

· Create product brochures and PowerPoint presentations highlighting appliance specs, photos, and features.

· Develop customer specific Excel files with quote pricing and purchasing history.

· Post and manage files in Customer Relationship Management platform, Salesforce.com.

· Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications

· Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or better in business, finance, sales, marketing or similar degree program

· May 2026 or later graduation date

· Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

· Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States now and in the future. GE Appliances will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

· Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week throughout school year and 40 hours per week over summer during normal business hours (Mon. - Fri. 8:00am – 5:00pm)

· Have excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, is reliable & able to maintain high attendance standards.
