Caregiver/DSP for Behavioral Group Home

Hourly Pay: $18.45/hour

• Competitive Pay: Hourly pay rate is $18.45+ per hour - Pay on Demand , Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

  WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA/REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications REQUIRED

• Experience: REQUIRED - At least one year of experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities and severe behavioral challenges (such as verbal/physical aggression, property destruction, running away, etc.)

• Skills: Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy, strong communication skills

• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

• Valid CA Driver's license

• AVAILABILITY: All positions require working at least one weekend shift, most of our openings at the moment include both Saturday and Sunday - we need weekend coverage so if you are not available on the weekends please do not apply.
