*YOUR ROLE The Chemical Mixing Operator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Mixing Operation. This person will coordinate mixing activity and processes as directed by the Manager and is responsible for the safety and quality of all associates. *

• To follow established formulas and procedures to create mixed batches of materials
• Inspects, cleans, setup and adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Perform quality test procedures (STMs) to validate that product is within set specifications
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Identify problems and make decisions to correct them

YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma / GED required
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience is required
• Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s)
• Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work Mon-Fri, 10am - 6:30pm
