Global Concepts Charter School is seeking ESL Teacher for the 23-24 school year.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in push-in and pull-out settings.

• Communicate with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional activities.

• Develop lesson plans for push-in and pull-out classes.

• Create and display clear objectives for all pull-out classes.

• Modify classroom instruction to support the needs of students at varying stages of language development.

• Observe, track, and evaluate student performance.

• Prepare required reports on students and activities such as parent-teacher conferences.

• Manage student behavior and maintain discipline using CHAMPS Behavior Management Program.

• Regularly participate in grade level, ENL, and school meetings.

• Foster and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians.

• Update records accurately and completely according to district policy.

• Perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned by administrators.
