Finance Analyst

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

This position is a product-line analyst role that provides the opportunity to directly partner with the Bathing & Showering Business team as the Finance support for that team. This position will also partner closely with the Finance leaders for four Bathing & Showering manufacturing facilities: Brownwood, Texas (Plastics Bathing & Showering), Armstrong, Canada (Plastics Bathing & Showering), Kohler Wisconsin (Cast Iron Bathing & Showering), and Union City, Tennessee (Shower Doors).

Specific Responsibilities

  • Full-P&L ownership for KBNA Bathing & Showering products. This includes performing financial to communicate financial insights and recommend action to improve revenue, profitability, and overall financial performance.

  • Partnership with the Plant Finance for the Bathing & Showering plants to complete the month-end close, monthly financial projection, and annual Financial Plan.

  • Assisting in the review and revision of product standard costs and the establishment of new product costs.

  • Communicating financial insights during monthly Bathing & Showering Business Team meetings and participating in discussions of relevant business topics.

  • Completing financial reviews of capital investment and new product proposals for KBNA Bathing & Showering.

  • Conducting special projects or studies as assigned by the Sr. Manager – Finance, Vikrell & Plastics or Associate Controller – Metals & Glass

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting. 2+ years of experience is desired.

  • A strong working knowledge of Excel is required.

  • SAP knowledge and experience is desired.

  • Experience or desire to drive process automation and data visualization.

  • Ability to effectively comprehend, analyze, and make recommendations based on complex data is desired.

  • Effective communication skills, both within and outside of the Finance organization is desired.

The salary range for this position is $62,350 - $77,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
